If your honey arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge. Simple and hassle-free!

Opened/Used Honey

Once you open the bottle, we cannot accept it for replacement (food safety reasons).

Claims made after 7 days of delivery are not accepted. Report immediately.

Customer Mishandling

Damage caused by you after delivery is not our responsibility.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind - no replacement. We only replace for quality issues.
