Sudha Honey is committed to delivering quality products. We only accept replacements for damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Since honey is a food product, it cannot be returned once opened.
We do not accept returns on honey or any food products once delivered to you.
Food Safety: As a food product, honey cannot be accepted for return after delivery. Once opened, the product cannot be resold for health reasons.
We offer free replacement for damaged bottles or wrong items delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive damaged or wrong product. We cannot accept replacement requests after 7 days.
Inspect Immediately: Please check your product as soon as it arrives. Take photos or videos of any damage before opening.
